Welcome to our website. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By browsing and ordering from this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Thai Baang @Singpost Centre’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Thai Baang @Singpost Centre’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered address is Thai Baang @Singpost Centre, #01-41, 809 French Road, Kitchener Complex, 200809. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • We reserve the rights to cancel any orders placed after payments. Refund will be processed and made within 10 days. 
  • All bakes are subject to availability and seasonality of the ingredients.
  • Photos are for illustration purposes only. Our bakes may differ slightly from photos.
  •  We would require full payment once an order or reservation has been made.
  • Delivery Charge is a flat rate of S$8 Breads Deliveries and $10 for Cakes Deliveries, which covers a one-time delivery trip only. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, we will call or and upon instruction shall leave the products at door step. Should the recipient fail to call us before 4 pm on the same day of delivery to arrange for collection, this will constitute a "failed delivery" and there will be no refund of the delivery fee or the price of the item ordered.
  • We would not be able to deliver to locations such as airports, Resorts World Sentosa, Bus stops,Tuas or public landmarks.
  • There will be charges of S$2 for any deliveries that requires car parking fee within 15 mins.
  • All products have to be checked by the customer during pick up and any changes would not be entertained after the product has left your premises. As for cake deliveries, recipients are encouraged to check the items once delivered. Any complains or changes would not be entertained after more than one (1) hour from the time of delivery.
